Wooden Lamborghini – Impressive!
A wood master and artist creates a Lamborghini Sian Roadster out of wood to give to his son as a toy.
Trương Văn Đạo, of Vietnamese origin, is an artist of creations made of wood. On this occasion, he manufactured a Lamborthini Sian Roadster in just 65 days.
He has his own YouTube channel ND Woodworking Art where he documents, step by step, how he builds each model he creates.
The car, equipped with a multitude of accessories, such as doors that open upwards, working LED headlights and taillights, a dashboard that is worth seeing, rotating rear view mirrors and even a replica of the wooden steering wheel. If that’s not enough, it also includes a key fob that allows you to control certain vehicle functions.
In the words of his channel: “…this is Lamborghini’s first open-top hybrid supercar to incorporate a supercapacitor. The Sian Roadster roars with electrified intensity, resonating with the inimitable V12 sound of Lamborghini’s most powerful engine to date.” ..”
Building the Lamborghini Sian Roadster
Văn Đạo builds the car from scratch, without resorting to any previous car chassis, or any material other than wood. You will be surprised to know that even the wheels are made of wood and then covered with rubber treads.
The drive train it incorporates is similar to that of a small kart. It has an internal disc brake that comes from a bicycle. Another of the things that attracts the most attention is the hybrid engine with a battery-powered drive.
It is not the first Lamborghini that it manufactures, but look at this other Lamborghini V12 GT Gran Turismo model. This model uses an electric motor, the most impressive being the bodywork. Carefully cut the pieces of wood to imitate the panels of the V12 GT Vision Gran Turismo, before combining them with the steel chassis. In this case he combined wood with steel.
In this case, I need 96 days just to create it and in our opinion it is a true masterpiece.
In addition to these impressive models, it has more vehicles created such as a Rolls Royce Boat Tail, Bugatti Chiron, or a BMW Hommage among others.
